Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Plain-English summary: you pay for email trust registration and ongoing monitoring as a subscription. Billing runs through Stripe, you can manage or cancel your plan anytime from your client dashboard, and if a payment fails you'll get a notice and a chance to fix it before anything is suspended.

1. The service
EternalSender provides email trust registration and monitoring for business domains: setting up and maintaining the DNS-based signals that mailbox providers use to decide whether your mail is legitimate (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related records), registering your sending identity with provider programs where applicable, and checking those signals on an ongoing schedule with monthly reports. The service is a subscription, not a one-time project: your dashboard, monitoring checks, reports and history are part of what you pay for each month or year.
2. Your responsibilities
You must own or control the domains you register, and have authority to make DNS changes (or a DNS provider who does). You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited email or to evade spam filters. We configure public DNS records on your behalf; you remain the owner of your domain and DNS.
3. Your client account
When your registration payment succeeds, we create your client account: your login to the dashboard where you can watch setup progress, monitoring status, monthly reports and billing. The account belongs to the business that registered; keep the password safe. Each account sees only its own data.
4. Payment and billing
All payments are processed by Stripe. When you register, we confirm scope by email and send you to Stripe's secure payment page, your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this website. Stripe stores your card and performs recurring subscription charges. You can view your plan, price, next payment date, payment method (shown only as a safe reference like "Visa •••• 4242"), invoices and payment history, switch between monthly and annual billing, and add or remove domains and senders, all from the billing section of your client dashboard.
5. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. Annual plans renew once a year; monthly plans bill monthly. Before an annual renewal you receive an email reminder of the amount and date. You can cancel anytime by email or from your client dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current term. No partial refunds for unused time, except as required by law.
6. Failed payments
If a charge fails, your subscription moves to past due: we email you with a notice and a secure link to update your payment method (Stripe handles the retry schedule). If the payment isn't fixed within 14 days, monitoring is suspended, your history and reports are kept, and no further charges are attempted. You can reactivate anytime by updating your card.
7. Monitoring and reports
Checks run on the schedule shown in your dashboard (typically daily for core signals, with a full monthly report). We monitor public DNS records and provider signals for the domains and sender addresses on your account. Reports flag problems with recommended corrective actions; we may propose and, with your approval, apply fixes. Fixes that require third-party services or accounts beyond our scope (for example a BIMI/VMC certificate) are quoted separately.
8. Warranties and limits
We promise to perform the service with care and to fix our mistakes free of charge. We do not promise specific inbox placement, open rates or revenue: those depend on your content, list quality, and the policies of mailbox providers, factors outside anyone's control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Data
We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your service records stay in your account and remain viewable while your subscription is active or suspended; after cancellation we retain records as long as needed for warranties and tax obligations.
10. Account termination
You may close your account by email. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment (after the notice period in section 6) or abuse of the service. On termination for abuse, no refund is owed.
11. Changes to terms and pricing
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to active clients before they take effect. Pricing changes never apply retroactively: your current term is honoured at its existing price, and any new price applies only from your next renewal, with notice beforehand.
12. Contact
