Most businesses also send email through outside systems that use their domain: booking and scheduling tools, CRMs, invoicing and payment platforms, marketing and newsletter services, and help desks. Those systems send from their own infrastructure, so they need their own authentication published in your DNS. Without it, mail sent on your behalf can be flagged as spam even when your own mailbox is set up perfectly.
We cover any outside system that sends as your domain. We identify how it sends, obtain the vendor's DKIM and SPF values, publish them alongside your existing records, and verify that messages authenticate and pass. Includes ongoing monitoring, so a vendor change never silently breaks your deliverability.
Priced per sending system. A single vendor that sends from several addresses counts once. Volume pricing is available for agencies and multi-system setups.
